Thanks be to our Heavenly Father for His grace and provision! 🙏🙏 This morning, 16 May, the Evergreen Fellowship’s birthday celebration was full of the Lord’s love and joy. Special thanks to our fellowship chair David Lok and his wife, who lovingly gave their time to prepare delicious chicken soup rice noodles for the brothers and sisters. From simmering the chicken soup, to skinning the chicken and peeling the eggs, to carefully setting out every bowl, and the birthday cake 🎂 they made, we saw their quiet love and service, which was truly moving. ❤️❤️
My wife tried it, and it was not only very tasty but even better than Guilin Rice Noodles 😋. More importantly, in this steaming bowl of chicken soup rice noodles we felt the warmth and care of a family in the Lord. I also tried the birthday cake they made, and it was excellent 👍🎂😃🙏
We are also especially thankful that the sister in David Lok’s household is recovering day by day after her surgery, and is still willing to keep serving the brothers and sisters. This is truly a testimony to God’s abundant grace. May the Lord Himself remember the labour and offering of their whole family in the Lord, and bless them doubly with peace and health in body, mind and spirit! 🙏 🙏
May every brother and sister of the Evergreen Fellowship keep living out the love of the Lord Jesus Christ, supporting and serving one another, and walking together in one heart to glorify the Lord’s name!
